Toleransi Produksi Piala Magnet:
Toleransi Cangkir Baja ± 0,50mm atau sesuai dengan kebutuhan cetak pelanggan.
Toleransi produksi magnet ± 0,12mm, Toleransi terkontrol produksi magnetik: ± 0,05mm.
Toleransi ketat ± 0,02mm dapat dicapai.Toleransi terbaik ±0,015mm (dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan mesin inspeksi optik Magnetik).Mesin inspeksi optik baru dapat disesuaikan sesuai permintaan pelanggan.
Suhu Kerja Piala Magnet:
Biasanya cangkir magnet bekerja pada suhu di bawah 80 °, jika suhu kerja di atas 80, itu akan menyebabkan hilangnya magnet dan kehilangan gaya tarik.Jika pelanggan membutuhkan cangkir magnet suhu tinggi, ya, kami dapat membuatnya, silakan periksa kelas magnet berikut dan suhu kerja, suhu yang lebih tinggi, biaya yang lebih tinggi pada cangkir magnet, kami menyediakan suhu kerja yang sesuai yang memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan.
